INTRO VO

On today's episode of Who-Fucking-Cares Man, humans destroy ecosystems, 
unmaintainably harvest resources, and leave litter scattered on the 
streets of BIG CITY.


SCENE 1

FADE IN INT: Police Car, day, traveling along dirty urban streets.  It's a 
smoggy day in Big City, the sky is tan rather than blue.  INSPECTOR DAN and 
ROOKIE JOE sip coffee from styro cups and unwrap wax paper from sandwiches.  

                             DAN
                     Good fuckin' coffee.

                             JOE
                          It's okay.

JOE balls up the wax paper from his sandwich and tosses it out the window, and 
we 

CUT TO EXT: City street, as Dan and Joe's police car speeds away around a 
corner.  FX: screeching tires, giving the impression of haste and 
carelessness.  The camera tracks the balled up wad of wax paper as it bounces 
once or twice and lands next to a wilted, grey-green weed poking up between 
the cracks in the shattered sidewalk.  

CAMERA LINGERS on this shot for 7:50.

COMMERCIAL

CAMERA CONTINUES TO LINGER on wax paper ball and wilted weed for 7:00.

OFF SCREEN we hear FX:screeching tires once again, and a white plastic coffee 
cup lid rolls into the frame, falling down to rest next to the wax paper ball.

FADE IN INT: Police Car, dusk, traveling along dirty urban streets.  The 
windshield is grimy and streaked.  INSPECTOR DAN and ROOKIE JOE sip coffee 
from styro cups and unwrap wax paper from sandwiches.
